Gotham Archery
Gotham Archery is a set of archery ranges in NYC. Archers can choose from the Manhattan or Brooklyn locations. The first step in becoming acquainted in this establishment is to register for an Intro to Archery class. This step is completed on the website by clicking the “Archery Classes” menu item.

However, not everyone coming to this site is a beginner archer. There are actually intermediate classes but there is no way to navigate to the page with their info from the pathway just described.

There’s something confusing that comes up in this scenario with Segment 2. Notice how there is an “Add To Cart” button and “Continue” button. Both buttons are grayed out which may lead the user to uncertainty about which button will need to be activated. Below it is shown that “Add To Cart” was the button to activate, however, the continue button being up at the same time can be distracting and misleading.

To make the checkout process less confusing I would remove the “Continue” button until “Add to Cart” is selected.
